Vaccines Supports

 

BJC acknowledge the importance of effective vaccines that can help prevent and stop the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, BJC supports vaccine research and production for the Thai population, though financial support for vaccine research at Chulalongkorn hospital. Furthermore, BJC also allocate and provide vaccinations for all employees, to create immunity for all employees. In addition, in order to support the government in distributing the vaccines to the population quickly, BJC provides assistance by donating essentials items to various vaccination centers, and service Big C branches such as Bang Bon and Romklao branches to serve as a vaccination center for the public. BJC also organize various activities to incentivize people to get vaccinated, such as give away, discounts, and vaccinated customer only promotions.

 

1. “Shop Dai Bun Somtob Tun Phatana Vacine COVID-19”

 

  • Project Detail: “Tung Rak Log” an opaque style bag, will be available for sale at 1 baht/bag at the checkout. Cashiers will ask if customers are willing to buy the bag. All money received from the sale of the bag will be donate to the COVID-19 vaccine development at the Faculty of Medicine Chulalongkorn University

  • Project start phase: April-December 2021

  • Participating branch is the project: Big C Hypermarket, Big C Market, and all Mini Big C branch

  • Total sales without deductions since the start of the project-present: 4,346,848 baht

 

 

2. Utilized store space and personnel of 54 Big C branches nationwide to serve as a vaccination service center for communities, started operation in May 2021.  BJC also support vaccine storage and the distribution of vaccines to designated areas. 

 

              

 

3. Donate alcohol gel, soap, food and drinking water to various vaccination centers including Asiatique The Riverfront, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Kosum Phisai Hospital, Big C Bang Bon Branch and Romklao branch.

 

              

 

4. Customers who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 can receive discounts and promotions from Big C and stores within Big C Plaza when shown proof of COVID vaccination at the checkout.

 

Those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 will receive a special discount when purchasing products at Big C and Mini Big C

  • Instant discount of 80 baht when spend a minimum of 900 baht at Big C

  • Instant discount of 25 baht when spending 250 baht at Mini Big C

 

Receive discounts at the FOOD PARK Food court

  • Get 20 baht free, when buying 50 baht food center tickets (non-refundable)

 

The following special privileges at famous stores in Big C, for those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, including, DAIRY QUEEN, receive a free DILLY Bar when purchasing a DAIRY QUEEN Sandwich. MISTER DONUT, buy 1 get 1 free donut, limited to the first 1 million customers.
